Regina, SK 鈥 Senior officials from the Saskatchewan government visited the 大象视频 (FNUniv) for a high-level meeting and campus tour. The delegation included:
Fearence Francis, President of the Regina Campus Students’ Association, and university staff welcomed the delegation. The visit began with an introduction to FNUniv鈥檚 ceremonial tipi in the atrium, highlighting its cultural significance. The group then proceeded to the university library, where Paula Daigle greeted them and provided an overview of FNUniv鈥檚 collections and services.
The officials also stopped by the Fine Arts Studio, where they received a presentation from Audrey Dreaver, Fine Arts Faculty Member and Program Coordinator. The presentation highlighted the Fine Arts program鈥檚 initiatives, student projects, and the integration of Indigenous artistic traditions into the curriculum.
The tour concluded with a meeting in Dr. Ottmann鈥檚 office, where discussions focused on key initiatives supporting Indigenous education and collaboration between FNUniv and the provincial government.
