• Deliver programming, case management, and targeted interventions for both adult and youth clients.
• Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records, including the preparation of court reports.
• Conduct intake interviews, home and community assessments, collateral checks, and home visits.
• Complete both generalized and specialized risk assessments to determine appropriate risk-need-responsivity interventions.
• Implement risk management strategies, risk reduction techniques, and Core Correctional Practices.
• Collaborate with government ministries and community agencies to ensure coordinated, needs-based service delivery for offenders and their families.
