Chair, Governance and Human Resources (GHR) Committee

Len Daniels is a member of George Gordon First Nation and serves as Chair of the Governance and Human Resources Committee of the 大象视频 Board of Governors. He is also an alumnus of FNUniv, holding a Degree in Administration from the University of Regina in partnership with the 大象视频 and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Rotman School of Management which is the leading national corporate governance certificate program for accomplished board directors.

Len brings extensive experience in human resources, management, governance, and organizational leadership. He is Principal of Daniels Management Consulting, which provides human resource and management expertise to organizations seeking to strengthen performance, leadership, and workplace effectiveness. His career has included work across a range of sectors, including agriculture, insurance, liquor, gaming, policing, sports and entertainment, media, and public sector organizations.

Len currently serves as Director, Human Resources with the Law Society of Saskatchewan. He holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation and has governance experience with Mitacs Canada and previously Diabetes Canada, where he has served as Board member and Chair of the Board’s Compensation and Human Resources Committees.

As Chair of FNUniv’s Governance and Human Resources Committee, Len supports the Board’s oversight of governance practices, Board development, human resources, President evaluation, policy, and organizational accountability. His service reflects a commitment to strong governance, First Nations education, and FNUniv’s mandate to uphold the Inherent and Treaty right to education.
